Modernizing building safety

Our founder Angie was inspired to find a solution to prevent slippery floors after a friend slipped on her wet apartment lobby during a rainy day.

SwipeDry is a new-and-improved way to prevent slipping on wet floors. It’s made from high-quality materials that are designed to wick water from many umbrellas in high-traffic locations quickly and effectively.

Is SwipeDry right for me?

  • Airport with airplane in the window.

    Airport

Over 2 million people fly per day in the US. On rainy days, airports need to maintain dry floors for their flyers as they travel to their lounges and gates to get to their destinations safely.

  • Office lobby

    Corporate / Commercial

Wet floors can be a safety hazard for employees and visitors. When people come into the lobby, they are often dripping wet and uncomfortable. SwipeDry solves that problem quickly.

  • Mall with a lot of people walking

    Mall

Malls have large open spaces with significant foot traffic, especially on rainy days. SwipeDry can help keep floors dry and minimize the need for excessive floor maintenance.

  • Museum

    Museum

Often visited on rainy days, museums have valuable artwork and artifacts that can be damaged by water. Visitors don’t want to carry around a wet umbrella as they walk through the exhibitions.

  • Hospital

Wet floors are a hazard for patients, visitors, and staff. SwipeDry can dry umbrellas off sufficiently before entering in an environment that should be safe.

  • Sports, sports stadium

    Sports Venue

Sports venues attract many fans, causing significant foot traffic, rain or shine. With nowhere to leave a wet umbrella, seats and floors become uncomfortably wet.

  • Supermarket

Rain doesn’t stop people from doing their groceries. Supermarkets have slippery floors that are dangerous for customers & staff. Reducing the risk with SwipeDry makes grocery visits safer.

  • Theater full of people

    Theater

Concerts, movies, plays, and other indoor performances are a great pastime, especially on rainy days. Theaters regularly have carpeted floors and fabric seats that can be damaged by water.
